About our role: 

Our client is a leading banking company looking for a Digital Engagement professional who will be reporting directly to the Local COO and working closely with all local departments. In particular, sales, marketing & client service, to participate in strengthening the position among retail investors by taking the lead on the localization of global client engagement campaigns and on the creation of local market specific campaigns. 

Responsibilities  

• Lead the localization of global client engagement campaigns and create tailored local market campaigns. 

• Develop and distribute personalized content using customer data and various touchpoints. 

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize digital campaigns for maximum reach and engagement. 

• Ensure consistency across touchpoints, considering local compliance and cultural nuances. 

• Collaborate with local and global teams to optimize client journey communications. 

• Drive local engagement on internal communication channels and initiatives. 

• Write anything from an effective commercial email and other customer touchpoints assets to well-converting campaign webpage. Continuous search for Timely, Relevant, Engaging & Actionable (TREA) content 

• As a member of the local commercial team, you will also drive local engagement on internal communications channels and initiatives. 

What you bring

• A degree in journalism, communications or marketing is nice to have 

• Excellent (commercial) copywriting skills, ability to translate complex financial topics into attractive and easy-to-understand content 

• Experience in (online) content marketing with a focus on engagement 

• Experience with email marketing and other digital marketing tools 

• Strong organizational and project management skills 

• You have a can-do spirit, growth mindset, and an open, curious and collaborative attitude 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, profound knowledge of English and French

• Affinity with financial services
