About our role:

Our client is a leading retailer known for its innovative approach and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. The retail industry is currently undergoing significant digital transformation, with an increased focus on enhancing online and offline shopping experiences and integrating advanced analytics to better understand customer behaviour. Our client is looking for a highly experienced and enthusiastic Digital Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for building digital products and optimizing existing ones to enhance the customer journey on our client's web platform and in stores.

What you will be doing:

• Together with the development team, continuously build new digital products and optimize existing features to guide customers in purchasing their dream bathroom on the web platform and in stores.
• Work with stakeholders to make proper analysis of these features. 
• Work closely with front-end and back-end developers, providing them with the necessary information to quickly roll out new features.
• Join a multidisciplinary team focused on continuous improvement and open to good ideas and feedback.

What you bring:

• Ambition to further develop your career in digital product management.
• Proven experience in a similar role with at least 5 years of experience in analysing and managing the development of digital projects.
• Strong skills in writing user stories, story maps, and functional analyses.
• Experience with digital projects in an e-commerce driven environment is big plus.
• Working experience with tools such as documentation software.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are needed in this job.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in Dutch. English and French are a plus.
