About our role:

Our client is a dynamic player in the insurance industry, focused on integrating digital solutions into their business model. They are looking for a proactive and engaging Business Analyst to join their Business Solutions department, which functions like an internal consultancy within the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing projects that facilitate the digital transformation of various business units such as Legal, Marketing, and Business Development.

This position offers the chance to work in a young, interactive team eager to make significant changes and dive deep into new challenges. You will manage projects from ideation to delivery, including requirement gathering, documentation, and coordination with IT to ensure business needs are translated into technological solutions.

What you will be doing:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project cycles, from gathering detailed requirements with stakeholders to creating delivery plans.
• Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of business ideas into practical IT solutions.
• Document all project phases and maintain structured and accessible records.
• Participate and lead workshops with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
• Manage transversal projects focused on bringing non-life insurance customers into the digital age.

What you bring:

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent collaboration skills, able to work effectively with diverse team profiles.
• Proficient communication skills in Dutch and French, with good command of English.
• High motivation and a readiness to deep dive into detailed analyses.
• Well-organized with a knack for priority management and structured documentation.
• Previous experience in project management is advantageous.
