About our role
Our client, market leader in consumer electronics, is spearheading innovative strategies across Belgium and the Netherlands, emphasizing the importance of customer engagement through dynamic campaigns. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the promotion process to enhance the end-to-end customer experience. You will lead initiatives to streamline the cashback and product-plus promotion processes, ensuring minimal customer contacts and maximum satisfaction.
This role involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders including customer service, sales divisions, the platform team, and controlling.
What you will be doing

Lead projects to improve the end-to-end promotion process, focusing on cashback and product-plus promotions (optimizing the customer journey and UX) to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage stakeholders effectively to ensure smooth execution of promotion processes, regular updates and timely delivery.
- Act as a gatekeeper for promotions, ensuring that conditions are met for each promotion.
- Inject CX (Customer Experience) and UX (User Experience) knowledge into promotion processes to optimize customer journeys and increase customer retention.
- Collaborate with the platform team to implement new designs and adjustments to the promotion process.
- Develop and implement an internal promotion approval process to reduce customer contacts and enhance customer experience and retention.

Provide strategic insights and long-term vision for improving customer experience and loyalty.
What you bring

5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on customer experience and promotions.

Expertise in user experience and customer journey mapping.

Knowledge of loyalty programs and strategies, with a focus on enhancing customer retention.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across the organization.

Strategic thinker with a holistic view of customer experience and journey optimization.

Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
